The Work Order Ledger is a personal mining log for Star Citizen. Every time you submit a refinery work order in-game, you can record it here: the ore type, quantity, refinery, refining method, and estimated completion time. The Ledger displays all your active work orders with live countdown timers that fill with an amber-to-green gradient as each order approaches completion.
Adding a work order is fast with OCR screen capture — share your screen, point at the in-game refinery confirmation screen, and Strata reads the values automatically using optical character recognition. You can also enter orders manually using the ore tile picker for miners who prefer keyboard input or are working from notes.
The Ledger supports group mining sessions — shareable session links that let your entire crew log their work orders to a single tracked manifest. Each session shows totals, individual contributions, and a summary of all ores submitted. Session manifests are useful for org bookkeeping: who mined what, what's still processing, and what has been collected and sold.
The dashboard gives you a compact overview of all sessions with stat strips showing total orders, pending timers, and completed hauls. Drill into any session for the full tabular ledger with per-order details. Use the Refinery Advisor before submitting to maximize your yield, and the Ore Finder to plan your next run.
