The Refinery Advisor ranks every Star Citizen refinery by the yield bonuses they offer for your specific ore mix. Not all refineries are equal — each one has different percentage bonuses for different ore types, and choosing the right one can meaningfully increase your refined output. The Advisor takes the guesswork out of that decision.
Select your ores using the ore tile grid — the same periodic-table-style icons used throughout Strata — and the Advisor immediately recalculates rankings based on the combined yield bonuses for your selection. Refineries are sorted from best to worst for your cargo, with a 4-tier rating bar showing the strength of each refinery's advantage. Refinery data is powered by UEX Corp, the community's most reliable source of in-game economic data.
Below the refinery rankings, a sortable Refining Methods table shows all available processing techniques — Cormack, Dinyx Solventation, Electrostarolysis, and others — with their speed, cost, and yield trade-offs. Some methods are faster but extract less; others take longer but maximize refined output. The table lets you sort by any column to find the method that fits your priorities.
After choosing your refinery and method, submit your work orders and track them in the Work Order Ledger. Find your ores first with the Ore Finder.
