The Ore Finder is a location database covering every mineable ore in Star Citizen across the Stanton and Pyro systems. It draws on game data for all asteroid fields, moons, planets, Lagrange points, and surface deposits — giving you a comprehensive map of where each ore type spawns and in what concentrations.
In Find by Ore mode, select one or more ores from the periodic-table tile grid — Quantainium, Bexalite, Taranite, Borase, Agricium, and 35 more — and see a ranked list of spawn locations sorted by how many of your selected ores appear there. Spawn bars show the relative abundance of each ore at a location, with overflow segments collapsed behind a "+N more" button to keep results readable.
In Find by Location mode, pick a star system and then a specific location — such as Aberdeen, Yela, or the Aaron Halo — and see the full ore inventory for that location broken down by spawn type. Asteroid clusters with many sub-locations are grouped automatically so you can drill into the detail you need.
Both modes share a unified controls bar with a mode toggle and search field, so switching between "what ore, where?" and "what's here?" is instant. Use the Refinery Advisor after finding your spot to maximize your yield, or log the session in the Work Order Ledger.
